Trusted to provide talent by
Desha is widely recognised as one of the leading consultants within the national public practice recruitment sector. He works regularly with hundreds of different firms across the eastern states of Australia, from boutique firms through to SMEs and the Big Four, having built his client base from over a decade of consistent recruitment service. It would not be unreasonable to suggest that he has dealt with almost every public practice accounting firm in some capacity in the states of Victoria, New South Wales, and Queensland. On average, he personally places more than 30 positions each month, a testament to the consistent and tireless effort that Desha brings to his work.
Since joining ROC Consulting Group, ROC Accounting has expanded its service from QLD into NSW and VIC, proving the organisation’s ability to succeed interstate and allowing it to provide even more solutions to a wider group of Australians.
Desha graduated from Marist College Ashgrove in 2005. Shortly after, he attained his Double Bachelor in Business and in Laws from the Queensland University of Technology, in 2010. He is regularly engaged in industry events and forums, and maintains a regular speaking position at the University of Queensland where he speaks with soon-to-graduate students about their career ambitions and pathways. He has a French Bulldog named Mario, and he loves to spend free time at the gym and dining at new restaurants in Brisbane.
