Almost all of our consultants had no prior experience within recruitment before joining ROC Executive. Previously specialising in B2B sales, they all came to their new roles with a completely open mind and were ready and willing to absorb all of our training. We’re very proud to have built great recruiters out of people who had previously never encountered the space.
